CO-CHAIR HUGHES announced that the  first order of business would                                                               
be HOUSE  BILL NO.  88, "An  Act relating  to remittance  of tire                                                               
fees; and providing for an effective date."

CO-CHAIR  FOSTER moved  to report  HB  88 out  of committee  with                                                               
individual  recommendations  and  the accompanying  fiscal  note.                                                               
There  being no  objection, HB  88  was reported  from the  House
